TERMS:
All special orders require a 100% deposit. Personal checks are subject to bank clearance. All special orders are shipped after payments are received in the full amount of the invoice, including freight charges.

SHIPPING:
All orders are processed as soon as possible, after payments are received(Cash, Credit Card or Check) Your order will ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS or other specified carrier. UPS/FedEx- Next Day(AM, standard, & Saver), UPS Second day, UPS Three day are all available. All APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will ship USPS. There will be no tracking information when shipping with USPS. BBR is not responsible for any packages lost or damage while being sent via USPS.

BACK ORDER POLICY:
Even with our large inventory, back orders can occur. If this happens, we will make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If that is not an option, and you must wait for a part, we will not invoice you until that part is shipped to you. If the back ordered item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to you, we'll pay the handling on that back ordered part. CANCEL ORDER POLICY: *Excludes weekends and holidays
All sales are considered final upon shipment from either the supplier or Blow-By Racing. Cancellation requests are subject to Blow-By Racing authorization. Please keep in mind that some specialty item orders (Superchargers/Turbocharger or any custom made Part) are not cancel able under any circumstances (see product pages for details). Cancellation Process:
* Email or call our sales or administration department to cancel an order. We do not accept cancellations via voice mail messages.
* A Customer Service Representative will verify that your order has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped either from our warehouse or from the manufacturer it may not be canceled. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped either from our warehouse or from the manufacturer fall under the return guidelines below. * Once we've verified that your order hasn't shipped, we will issue you a credit to card used when placing your order less a 5% cancellation fee.
The complete cancellation process usually takes 5 to 7 business days. After we issue your credit it may take your bank up to 5 additional business days to credit your account.
All Cancel Order requests and Cancel back-order request will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGES :
Unauthorized Returns:
Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will not be tracked down and are not the responsibility of Blow-By Racing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
* All sales are considered final upon shipment from either the supplier or Blow-By Racing.
* Returns or Exchanges may not be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

RETURN / EXCHANGES POLICY:
* Blow-By Racing RETURN POLICY All returns must be authorization and have an authorization numbers that will be issued through our Sales and Administration department.
* All new parts are guaranteed by the manufacture only. If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return it within 14 days for a refund if an item has free shipping and you are returning that item for a refund, the original shipping and processing cost incurred by Blow-By Racing will be deducted from the refund issued along with a 20% restocking fee. You also have the option to exchange the item with in 30 days after your return is received by our office. All sales at Blow-By Racing are considered FINAL. All returned parts must be in "like new" condition. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable.
* All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive the incorrect product. In addition, if returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by Blow-By Racing will be deducted from the refund issued.
* If it has been determined that an order error is at the fault of Blow-By Racing, Blow-By Racing will reimburse the customer for ground level shipping fee only.
Returns will NOT be accepted for any of the following: Custom Tunes, Chips/Tuners, Diablo Sport, SCT products, Wheel/Tire Packages, ANY Exhaust, Clutches, Dyno tuned option kits, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle, and any electrical item sold by Blow-By Racing.
All returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product and must contain a Return Goods Authorization "RGA" number. Blow-By Racing reserves the right to refuse any package without an Return Goods Authorization number. Returns will be processed within 10 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of receipt.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or a partial order then you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. If the issue is not reported to our Sale or Administration Department within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
* In the event of a defect that is outside of our return policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, the exchange will be handled directly with the manufacturer, with the outcome of the claim being determined solely by the manufacturer. Blow-By Racing will, as a courtesy, try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim for the customer, with the understanding that Blow-By Racing does not make any decisions on these issues i.e. approvals, denials, fees, etc.
* All products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, Blow-By Racing’s return procedure will be breached and may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or we may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.
* Any non-defective product returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be assessed the original shipping charges incurred by Blow-By Racing. This charge will be deducted from the refund issued. A "Damage & Recovery" fee will be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable (damage to product, product is incomplete, packaging is broken).
* We sincerely apologize for the issues that you have encountered with your order. You will be required to send the product for inspection, once it has been determined that the product is incorrect for your application we will at that time credit the >>UPS or Fed/Ex ground service only << shipping cost.
* NOTE: A copy of your Original Sales Receipt is required to process this return. If you do not provide a copy of your Original Sales Receipt along with your RGA # your return will be denied and the package will be refused.
* NOTE: If any product missing the original box, packaging material,contents, accessories and /or manuals; any product not in "like new" condition. Your return will be denied and the package will be refused. Note: if the part was installed or shows any likeness of installation your return will be denied and the package will be refused. * NOTE: All return or exchange correspondence requests are via phone only. If you have additional questions or concerns please contact our sales staff via phone.
* NOTE: You will be required to send any defective product for inspection, once it has been determined that the product is incorrect for your application we will at that time credit the >>UPS or Fed/Ex ground service only << shipping cost.
Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

FREIGHT CHARGES:
1. Freight charges WILL be reimbursed if you received a defective part or if the part you ordered was not the one received.
2. Freight charges WILL NOT be reimbursed if you ordered the wrong part or you decide you do not want/need the product ordered. In addition, if returning an item for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by Blow-By Racing will be deducted from the refund issued.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Blow-By Racing takes every precaution to ensure that your merchandise has been properly packaged and will arrive to you new and intact; however we are dealing with UPS, UPS mishaps do occur. Please follow these steps once your package arrives:
1. Inspect your order completely, while the delivery driver is present.
2. If you should discover shipping damage, have the delivery driver note the damage. You will need to immediately contact UPS to begin the claims process. See footnote.
3. Please have your tracking number available BEFORE you call UPS customer service.
4. Hold on to the merchandise, box and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS.
5. It can take up to 8 business days for UPS to finalize a claim.
Inspect your order immediately and completely while your delivery driver is present. If you discover any freight/shipping damage, DO NOT contact Blow-By Racing. Have your delivery driver note the damage in the writing and contact UPS to file your claim. They will take the necessary steps to reimburse you. If you do not follow this procedure, UPS may not honor your claim and the loss will be come your sole responsibility.

CREDITS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
ALL exchange items will be processed on a weekly basis. Therefore, your account will not be credited for 7-14 days AFTER the date the item was received by Blow-By Racing. If your credit does not appear on your account AFTER 14 days, Pleas contact our sales staff.

CLAIMS:
Title to merchandise passes to customer upon delivery to common carrier. Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims of damage or shortage should be made with the carrier immediately.

WARRANTY:
All merchandise Sold by Blow-By Racing is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship by the respective manufactures. Replacement will be limited to parts and does not include labor claims of any type.

CORES:
All core charges are refunded by Blow-By Racing when core is received and inspected by Blow-By Racing. Defective or non-repairable cores from customers are subject to replacement costs.

SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOM PARTS:
Whenever possible, we will manufacture special parts not shown in our literature available for our customers. These parts will be manufactured at current shop rates and material costs. Payment in full, in advance, is required before manufacturing begins. No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.

RIGHTS RESERVED:
Blow-By Racing reserves the right to make changes in materials and specifications or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products previously manufactured.
