This water outlet restrictor kit fits all GM V-8?s, V-6?s and SB Fords. The kit includes three restrictor plates with different sized holes; a 5/8", 3/4" and 1". This allows you to fine tune your cooling system for optimum performance by restricting the outlet flow of water from the engine thus increasing the pressure within the block. This limiting the possibility of steam pockets forming and allows the coolant to absorb more heat.
