How do we use your information

Information collected on this site is used ONLY for internal use in order to manage orders placed thru the site as well as in-store, and to send direct communication to those whom have explicitly opted-in. AT NO TIME does Blow-By Racing, collect information for the intent of selling to third-parties, nor do we sell to third-parties, OR use or purchase personal information from third-parties.

Information collected involuntarily by use of this site includes your IP address, browser type, pages/products viewed, and date and time of access. All other information outside of involuntary collection, is explicitly and voluntarily given by you for the necessary processing of your order.

We only connect the MINIMUM amount of information required to process your order. Depending on the circumstances of your order, such as payment issues or car configuration, we may request additional information that may be deemed personal in nature. While you do have the right to not provide the additional information, it may impact your order to where we would be left with no choice other than to cancel it and refund any money as per our refund policy.

How to opt out

After your order is processed and completed, you may request to remove any personal information that are not for historical transaction purposes and required for us to keep for legal and tax purposes. Such information that we are required to keep includes; transaction date, transaction location, fulfillment date, full name, billing and shipping addresses, payment type and amount, and taxes collected.
